MSHS Mandatory All Sports Fall Student and Parent Information

Parent/Guardian of/and students in grades 7-12.  Important information for 2021-22 Sports and Activities:

The In-Person All sports Parent Meeting scheduled for Wednesday August 18th, has been cancelled!  This cancellation is not COVID related, this online method will be more convenient and time saving for all of us.

All Fall Sports Start Monday August 16th:  Football M-F @1:45pm grades 7-12;  Boys Soccer M-F @6:00-7:30pm grades 7-12; Girls Soccer M-F grades 7th & 8th @4:00-6:00pm, grades 9th-12th 4:00-7:00pm; Volleyball:

Students:  If you have not done so yet, please complete the Student Sport and Activity Sign-Up Form by clicking on the attached link.

Parents we will not be having an in-person meeting:  Pasted below is the link for the All-Sports/Activities Parent Slideshow and Assessment.  The Assessment link is in the slideshow itself.  (Completion of the Assessment is MANDATORY.)  Students will not be allowed to participate in games or contests until this assessment has been competed by one parent/guardian.

Parents:  Please check the attached required paperwork and have it turned in prior to the first practice, to avoid your son/daughter having to sit out practices and/or games.  These forms should be returned to the Community Education Office prior to the first practice.  Fee must be paid in advance as well, is assistance with the fee is needed or questions about these forms, please contact Cindy Frank in the Community Education Office:
