Hello! Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I am excited for another year at Caledonia Area School District!

I am going into my fifth year as a speech-language pathologist. I provide all speech/language services for the district, including servicing St. Mary's School and St. John's School, from preschoolers (age 3 and up) to high school.

As Caledonia Area School District's speech-language pathologist, I provide both direct and indirect speech and language intervention as it relates to the educational environment. I also provide speech/language screenings at the semi-annual Early Childhood Screenings and provide guidance for teacher and parent led interventions.

I am originally from the La Crosse, WI area, and am excited to be here again after spending the 6 years in Milwaukee, WI. I received my bachelor's degree in 2014 and my master's degree in 2016, both in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I also hold a Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) through the national organization ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association). I also maintain licensing from both Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). This is my fourth year as a practicing speech-language pathologist.

I have formal training in PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System). I am also a TOTs (Tethered Oral Tissues) Trained Professional.

Please feel welcome to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I'm looking forward to a great year!
