School Age Care (SAC) Program
SCHOOL AGE CARE (SAC)
The SAC program is for students of Caledonia Area Public Schools who are in grades preK-5th grade.
Registration forms are available in the elementary office or the School Age Care room. You can also find these forms under the “Forms” link to the left. Return your forms to the Caledonia Elementary Office or the SAC Room, CES 151. Please include your annual and nonrefundable $38 registration fee for each child you are registering. Our SAC handbook is also available under “Forms”, for you to view our policies and requirements.
- Your child’s spot is not secure until your $38 registration fee is paid
- SAC registration is not guaranteed because of high demand for the program. Your child cannot start attending SAC until you get confirmation from Meghan Von Arx.
- If space is limited to lack of staffing, priority is given to current families enrolled in the Caledonia Public School District

Registration Fees
$38.00 yearly nonrefundable registration fee per child
$20.00 Summer only registration fee per child
Daily Rates (per child)
AM- $7/dayÂ
PM- $10/dayÂ
BOTH AM & PM- $12/day
Non-school days- $35/dayÂ
Summer- $35/day

Please email the completed registration form and registration agreement to Meghan Von Arx at meghan_vonarx@cps.k12.mn.us or drop them off in the elementary school office.
