Do Math and You Can Do ANYTHING!

Welcome to the 2016-17 School Year! This is my 19th year working at Caledonia High School in the math department. Once again, I look forward to solving some fun math problems with my students this year.

The courses I will be teaching this year to 9th and 10th graders include Integrated Geometry, Geometry, Advanced Geometry, Algebra 2, and Advanced Algebra 2. I am also the Junior High Knowledge Bowl coach.

Please feel free to contact me at anytime via voicemail or e-mail, or use Schoology to send a message.

About Me ImageMy name is Becky Breeser and I have been teaching MATH in Caledonia since 1998.  I grew up on a farm just a few miles south of the Caledonia school district and went to Waukon High School.  I got my Bachelor’s degree at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.  After teaching for a few years, I got my Master’s degree from Winona State University.

I have two sons, and enjoy spending time with them and the activities they are involved in.  I also enjoy cooking, baking, working with my flowers, playing piano, fishing and boating, camping, golfing, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Math has always been my favorite subject.  In elementary school, I wanted to do my math homework before anything else, and enjoyed doing it.  I always knew that I would want a career that was math-related.  I love coming to work every day and sharing my love of math with my students.
